Feyenoord is considering a transfer of Anis Hadj Moussa this summer, but a new development is not good news for the club from Rotterdam in terms of a transfer. The Algerian right-back, who is also a regular member of the Algerian national team and will be active at the World Cup this summer, was eventually bought by Feyenoord in the summer of 2024 from Patro in Belgium for 3.5 million euros. This amount will certainly be seen back by Feyenoord and even more so due to his development over the past two years. Anis Hadj Moussa has put himself on the map with his performances last season and this season in Europe. The right-back scored a total of 11 goals and three assists in his first season at Feyenoord, 2024/25, after 44 matches and quickly became a regular on his position. This season, he stood after 40 matches with 14 goals and seven assists, less matches and more production for Hadj Moussa. The transfer value of Hadj Moussa therefore continued to rise and rise, until now. For the first time in his career, his Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) has decreased from 24 million euros to 23.2 million euros. Not a dramatic decrease, but a trend break compared to the previous months and even years. When he was bought by Feyenoord, he had an ETV of around 400,000 euros and at the beginning of this season, he was at 17.1 million euros. The decrease comes at a bad time. Feyenoord can use the money well and seems to be investing in 30 million euros or more, depending on the clubs and their financial situation. With a contract until the summer of 2030, Feyenoord has no hurry to sell their right-back, especially since they still have no good replacement. Sami Ouaissa from NEC would be the favorite to become his successor, where a sum of between 8 and 10 million euros seems to be needed.
